Silvana Selfollari
Silva was born in Tirana, Albania, and immigrated to the United States in 2003. Shortly after her arrival, she pursued a career in cosmetology, graduating as a cosmetologist in 2004 and earning her certification as a Cosmetology Teacher in 2005. Since then, she has successfully owned and operated DAYMAKER Hair Salon, which she has run since 2005. Silva became involved with the Albanian American Organization (AAOSWFL) in 2022, and by 2023, she was elected Treasurer. During her term from 2023 to 2024, she played a key role in improving the organization's financial health and ensuring its stability and growth. In February 2024, Silva was elected President of AAOSWFL, where she continues to lead the organization toward further success. She also formed the AAOSWFL Youth Group and works closely with them. She is a proud mother of two teenage daughters.
